MAX Premium Burgers is continuing its expansion and is now looking for a Local Store Marketing Senior Coordinator Poland who wants to be a part of the company’s journey.

MAX is seeking a hands-on colleague who will be a part of the company's continued expansion and vision to become the world’s best burger chain. The ideal candidate will currently work in sales and marketing or project management, preferably in fast-moving consumer items in a chain operation, and have experience working in an international environment. Academic qualifications are also preferred. As an outgoing and social person who works independently and structured, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, developing locally adapted strategies and promotions.

The main purpose, over and above driving sales, is to reinforce the guest’s positive image of MAX. In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically to increase awareness and sales of MAX's restaurants in Poland. You will be out in the field though out Poland almost daily, when you are not working from home or in the Warsaw office. You will be visiting restaurants and their local areas locating opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.

You will be part of MAX’ international marketing department and you will play an important role in the polish marketing team. The international marketing department is located in Stockholm, Sweden, where also the Head Of Local Store Marketing, who leads the LSM teams for four markets, is based. This is why several trips to the Scandinavian countries is also a part of the role.

  1. Create and execute the best plans for local store marketing, based on the central marketing strategy
  2. Opening of new restaurants - Responsible for the implementation of the opening plan making a local buzz and a great local marketing plan.
  3. Localize opportunities and enhance restaurant visibility through marketing analysis and effective signage.
  4. Planning and implementation sponsorships, collaborations and events
  5. Local sales plans – Responsible for planning and for the ongoing work of sales driving activities
  6. Booking and planning of media and contact with media agency
  7. Having close contact with the restaurants and driving local projects with the assistance of external partners.
  1. Are experienced in marketing and/or sales
  2. Are outgoing and social and is a skilled at building relationships and collaborations.
  3. Projects positive energy and confidence, and stay focused even in stressful situations
  4. Are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves when needed and willing to tackle tasks of any size
  5. Are structured, dedicated, self-reliant and can plan your time efficiently
  6. Comfortable negotiating with external parties, fluent in both Polish and English and have a driver’s license.
